Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak Expresses Gratitude to Maxim Zagornov
Russian Minister of Energy Alexander Novak has expressed gratitude to Maxim Zagornov, Director of MKS Group. The corresponding order was signed on December 11, 2019.
Gratitude to Maxim Zagornov was announced "for his great contribution to the development of the fuel and energy complex, many years of conscientious work and in connection with his professional holiday - Power Engineer's Day".
Maxim Zagornov is the founder and director of the MKS Group of Companies, which today holds a leading position in the market of small-scale distributed power generation in Russia. Over 14 years, the company has commissioned 53 mini-HPPs in various regions of the country. The total volume of implemented energy projects amounted to 244 MW.
In addition, Maxim Zagornov is active in public and lawmaking activities. He is the founder and President of the Russian Small Energy Association, a member of the General Council of the All-Russian Public Organization "Business Russia", and a Business Russia business ambassador to the UAE. In 2013, he established the International Award "Small Energy - Great Achievements" for the best projects in the field of distributed and alternative energy.
