The ISS Group of Companies has commissioned an energy center in the Republic of Mari El

The ISS Group of Companies has commissioned a block-modular power plant in the city of Yoshkar-Ola (Republic of Mari El). The power center with a total capacity of 400 kW provides electricity to one of Russia's leading enterprises for the production of condensed milk. 

The total electric capacity of the power center was 400 kW. The Perkins generator set, one of the most compact and reliable engines of the German brand, was used as the main generating equipment. The power plant is fully integrated into the technological processes of the plant and operates in parallel with the power grid. Natural gas is used as fuel for the GPU.

The construction of the modular power plant was implemented on a turnkey basis. The company's specialists performed design work, calculated the layout of the equipment taking into account the location of the facility on the territory of the operating enterprise, manufactured a block module at their own production base in Chelyabinsk, and supplied generating equipment. In addition, we have implemented our own innovative developments on the automation system of the facility.

For the customer, cooperation with the ISS Group of Companies allowed to obtain an economic effect immediately after the launch of the energy center into operation. The facility as a whole has improved the reliability of the company's energy supply and significantly reduced energy costs.

It should be noted that the plant in Yoshkar-Ola is one of the innovative enterprises of the Volga Federal District, equipped with the most modern equipment and certified in the Rosselkhoznadzor's Cerberus system. The main stages of the technological process take place without human intervention. The emergence of an autonomous energy center will ensure the smooth operation of the enterprise and stable quality of products.
