Outer open-pit installation cell (OOPIC-6-KN, OOPIC-10-KN)

The OOPIC-6 cell (10) -KN – the outer open-pit installation cell, produced at the MKS Group of Companies production site, has high technical and operational characteristics. It is manufactured in both standard and individual housings. It is intended for installation in branch and trunk networks of quarries, in places of connection to the intracarrier power transmission lines of 6-10 kV / 50 Hz networks.

Application

OOPIC-6 (10) -KN is used for connection of electric collectors, high-voltage motors, power transformers, drilling rigs, high-voltage motors of drilling rigs, drags connections, compressor and condenser rigs.

Design configuration

The chamber frame has a welded structure made of high-quality 2 mm thick sheet steel. All structural elements are powder spraying painted.

The cell is divided into compartments:

disconnector compartment;
high-voltage switch compartment;
tension transformer compartment;
control compartment.

For safety reasons, circuit protective nets are installed behind the doors of the compartments, providing the visual control of the disconnector knives. Access to the compartments is closed by doors locked inside with crossbar handle locks and hinged locks.
