4,5 MW mini-MPP of modular execution designed by MKS Group of Companies visualized as an architectural model

The uniquely designed by MKS Group of Companies modular 4,5 MW mini-MPP based on MWM’s TCG 2032B gas genset has been visualized as an architectural model. The model executed in 1:24 scale shows all the technological solutions and innovations implemented by the MKS Group of Companies’ professionals and points out the advantages of gas genset power stations.

We shall remember that in 2019 the MKS Group of Companies’ specialists were the first in Russia to create the innovative module based on the large-scale MWM’s TCG 2032B 4,5 MW gensets and implemented an 18 MW object in the town of Plast in the Chelyabinsk region. MKS engineers suggested the ultimate solution to build two-level modules which allow free access to all the elements of the gas genset both outside and inside. Which is more, we not only designed and manufactured the modules at our facilities, but also equipped the object with ventilation and heating systems, having offered the whole packaging of the most powerful MWM gensets.

One of the advantages of a 4,5 MW mini-MPP is a possibility to assemble the object swiftly like a construction set. A module consists of eight relatively small containers mounted on two levels. It simplifies transportation and assembling of the power plant, which results in faster and cheaper construction works. Construction footprint of a module is 18 by 12 meters. The neighboring modules can be placed wall to wall to save space.

Other advantages of a mini-MPP are the possibility of assembling the objects in the open air, easy connection of the object to the energy system, possibilities of step-by-step power increasing and transportation of the object from one site to another. Taken as whole, these make a mini-MPP constructed by MKS Group of Companies an extremely attractive energy solution for the companies requiring high electricity supply to distant locations in shortest time.

The architectural model executed in 1:24 scale shows all the technological solutions and innovations implemented by the MKS Group of Companies’ professionals while designing the modular power plant for 4,5 MW MWM TCG 2032B genset. The model is featured by a lift-off roof allowing the view of all the inner facilities of the mini-MPP. The power plant is equipped with a translucent lighting; smoke is coming out from the stack when it is on. The model was created for the congress and exhibition activity both in Russia and abroad, as well as the casework with the clients of MKS Group of Companies.
