The ISS team took part in a flash mob of do-gooder snowmen
On January 27, 2024, the ISS team took part in a citywide flash mob of good-hearted snowmen. The event was the final point of a large charitable project, within the framework of which ISS power engineers fulfilled the dreams of three children - Bogdan Yurin, Nikita Savchenko and Katya Shundeyeva.
The fifth, jubilee flash mob of good-hearted snowmen, which took place in Gagarin Park, gathered teams from various companies and organizations of Chelyabinsk and became a bright, kind and cheerful holiday that united adults and children. This year's flash mob was timed to coincide with the beginning of the Year of the Family: many people, like ISS employees, came to the event with their whole families!
The imagination of the flash mob participants was boundless! Someone made snowmen in the form of a camel, someone in the form of Santa Claus. The ISS energy workers traditionally created the ISS Energy Snowman - with light bulb eyes and a carrot nose.
For the first time, the snow sculpture was decorated with fashionable elements: a hat, scarf and mittens sewn by Svetlana Shundeyeva, the mother of the girl's ward Katya Shundeyeva. As a result, the ISS snow sculpture turned out to be one of the most stylish and colorful and became a real decoration of the flash mob.
The creative endeavors of MKS power engineers were also appreciated by Alexey Teksler, the Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region, who together with his wife Irina and son Misha not only presented his snowman, but also walked around the snow exposition and got acquainted with other participants of the action.
It should be noted that MKS Group of Companies is an invariable participant of the project "Snowmen-do-gooders" since 2019. For 5 years, power engineers have fulfilled the dreams of seven children. Today I would like to thank all ISS employees who contributed to the purchase of gifts. Goodness does not melt and will definitely return to you a hundredfold!
